Dong Dimsum (Frozen Dim Sum Manufacturer)
1. Policy Overview
Dong Dimsum is a professional Frozen Dim Sum manufacturer specializing in OEM / ODM and Private Label production, serving food importers, distributors, and foodservice clients worldwide.
As our products are frozen food items and customized food products, all orders are produced based on confirmed specifications and are intended for B2B commercial trade rather than retail consumers.
2. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once the following are approved by the customer:
- Product specifications approval
- Recipe confirmation (if applicable)
- Packaging artwork approval
- Order quantity and lead time agreement
Once confirmed, the order will enter production and cannot be freely canceled or modified.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of frozen food products (Frozen Dim Sum, Dumplings, Siu Mai, Bao, Wonton), and production planning requirements:
Non-refundable cases:
- Orders already in production or scheduled for production
- OEM / ODM / Private Label customized products
- Orders where raw materials have been purchased
- Orders canceled due to customer-side changes or preferences
Possible exceptions (case-by-case review):
- Orders not yet entered production
- Written mutual agreement for cancellation before production starts
4. Quality Issue Handling
Dong Dimsum operates under strict HACCP, ISO22000, and Food Safety Management System standards to ensure product quality and compliance.
If any quality issues are identified upon receipt:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Supporting evidence (photos, videos, or inspection reports) is required
- A full internal quality review will be conducted
If the issue is confirmed to be manufacturing-related, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Product replacement
- Reproduction of goods
- Commercial credit or compensation (depending on the case)
5. Shipping & Logistics
All shipments involve third-party cold chain logistics providers (Cold Chain Logistics).
We are not responsible for issues caused by logistics providers, including:
- Transit delays
- Customs clearance delays
- Temperature control issues during transportation handled by third parties
However, we can assist clients with logistics coordination and customs broker arrangements if needed.
6. Customized Products
All OEM / ODM / Private Label products are considered customized items, including:
- Custom recipes
- Private label packaging
- Product specification adjustments
Therefore, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.
